By accessing or using the Eterna Health website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, prospective members, current members, and any other parties who access or engage with Eterna Health.
Eterna Health provides concierge-level regenerative medicine and longevity care, including but not limited to advanced diagnostics, personalized health protocols, hormone and metabolic optimization, IV therapy, ongoing health monitoring, and preventative longevity programs.
All clinical services are delivered by licensed medical professionals in accordance with applicable state and federal healthcare regulations. Specific treatment plans, protocols, and care recommendations are determined on an individual basis following comprehensive evaluation.
Eterna Health operates on a membership and application basis. Acceptance into our practice is at the sole discretion of Eterna Health. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or access to services.
Membership terms, fees, and renewal conditions are outlined in individual membership agreements provided upon acceptance. Eterna Health reserves the right to modify membership structures with reasonable advance notice to existing members.

Members are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or review of membership status.
Eterna Health will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling preferences. Emergency and urgent consultations are available to active members as outlined in their membership agreement.
Payment terms, accepted methods, and billing schedules are established in each member's individual agreement. Certain services may require payment at the time of service. Eterna Health does not directly bill insurance carriers; however, we can provide documentation for members to submit to their insurance providers.
All fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Outstanding balances must be resolved prior to scheduling additional appointments.
All content on the Eterna Health website, including text, imagery, design, branding elements, and proprietary protocols, is the property of Eterna Health and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Eterna Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the member for the specific service in question.
Eterna Health is not responsible for outcomes related to non-compliance with prescribed protocols, failure to disclose relevant medical history, or actions taken without the guidance of an Eterna Health physician.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
